Everyone’s career is getting tipsy with drama starting to act stupid as usual; Vince got a bluff movie offer, E’s Murphy group struggling with only two client and turtle still having trouble getting laid with no job. hope the guys can take the throne back and live like.

Based on pacquiao’s fight against David Diaz, Diaz was way too slow for him yet he Diaz survives until the 9th round so I could say pacquiao’s punching power is not effective on lightweight division. Its just pacquiao landed more punches compare to Diaz.
Forbes thinks pacquio wasn’t able to beat Marquez on its last bout, including last 2004 fight which results in to an upset draw.

I have been doing web development for 4 years now, currently employed in an outsourcing company on web development and I know some unprofessional deeds done by other web development firms.
Web developing firms has there huge ass portfolio link on their site and would lead you to variety of projects they made for various clients, but the if you take a closer look on those projects and hit www.templatemonster.com and you would find rip offs of those designs on templatemonster. I won’t name any companies or name people in charge but they know who they are.
How I discover this kind of stuff. Was couple of months ago when I was trying my luck applying on company who is willing me twice.
So I took a skill test on a company and I noticed that they are letting us choose from a *.txt file list of urls that leads to templatemonster live demo page, so I choose one page and give the chosen url to the person in charge.
So I was thinking, maybe they are letting us choose a category, but its not. They told us to copy the exact page and just change the color scheming of the template. Which for me was darn easy cause you don’t have to visualize a concept on your mind on how to deliver, it is right in font of you, and all you have to do is do the same layout but new color scheming.
It’s like buying the same car model but a different color.
So I took the exam do as they say and in no time I finish early as I expected. So after inserting lipsum text, I submitted the design and they told me to wait. As I was waiting for the examiner,
I really want to have a peek on the employees on the other room, and man I was surprise with what I saw. Everyone has screenshots on there PS canvas; they are masking and copying every detail on the sample sites on templatemonster.com so I was surprised with what I saw. I never knew a company this big wont do this kind of stuff.
So I waited for the examiner and he scheduled me for an interview after an hour with the HR officer and the project manager. So I waited and can’t wait to ask questions, so when I talked to the project manager he ask me how much is my expected salary so I answered and ask him back a question on how you develop clients website, so he told “templatemonster” I said to my self you got to be kidding me! After the interview he ask me if I can work with the team, and I answer him “NO!” I can’t and say my alibis, for him not to get offended.
I did not take the job because there is less room for me to grow and craft my skills I rather have my salary the same and have my self more room to learn and use my creativity. I’m not saying I never did a rip off in my entire web development years. I admit when I was still starting about web designing. i practice copying design but other website but not publishing them.

Please try to do your own not duplicating others designer works. Have pride don’t humiliate your self, produce your original stuff.

How piracy gets worst?
First With a few clicks on p2p sharing software on the internet and a query on a torrent site piracy is getting worst everyday. There is now way authorities can stop them all. Some country doesn’t even have cyber crime law or enough resources to stop this illegal activity especially on third world countries.
Broadband internet access keeps getting cheaper, now anyone can have there own copy of any latest software in the market.
Now why would someone have an open source OS (Operating System), when I can have a commercial operating system in just minutes? People will always find a way to have it for free. All they have to do is to read, read and read.
Hope this would lead windows the path to open source operating system. I know this sound impossible but who knows? Anything can happen.
